How do I buy tickets?

When do advance tickets go off sale?
Advance tickets go off sale midnight Friday 22 November.
Can I buy tickets at Baby to Toddler on the door?
Yes, tickets are available on-the-door for £20. Children 14 years and under can enter for free.
I ordered postal tickets, when will they arrive?
Tickets should be with you two weeks before Baby to Toddler opens. If you have not received them by then, please contact See Tickets on 0844 995 9674. (Calls cost 7p per minute plus network extras).
Do I need to print my e-tickets?
Yes, all tickets must be printed. Electronic tickets, on mobiles or other devices, will not be accepted. If you do not have access to a printer, you can print your ticket at the Box Office upon arrival, though please be aware there may be queues.
I’ve already bought a ticket, but need to change the day – is that possible?
Yes, you will still be able to attend the show with your purchased ticket.
I have lost my tickets/email confirmation, what shall I do?
In the first instance please check your junk/spam inbox. If they are not there, please call SEE Tickets on 0844 995 9674 who will be able to re-send your tickets to you. (Calls cost 7p per minute plus network extras).
Do children require a ticket?
Babies and children under 14 can attend for free but still need to have a ticket. Please register them while purchasing your online tickets. Alternatively, you can pick up a Kids Go Free ticket upon arrival.
Do carers need to purchase tickets?
Carers can attend free of charge when accompanying another paying adult. Please contact SEE Tickets on 0844 995 9674 to book. (Calls cost 7p per minute plus network extras). Carer passes can be obtained from the Box Office on the day.
Where can I find a list of exhibitors?
The exhibitor list can be found here and is updated regularly in the run-up to the show.
Do exhibitors accept card payments?
Yes, the majority of exhibitors will accept card payments but some of the smaller ones will only accept cash.
When does Baby to Toddler take place? I have concerns about the latest outbreak of coronavirus in China, where can I find more information?
The Baby to Toddler Show continues to monitor the coronavirus/COVID-19 situation closely. Ensuring the safety of all exhibitors and visitors to our events is our top priority, and we will keep all attendees fully informed of any developments.
There are no attendees to The Baby to Toddler Show registered from China or Hong Kong. Nevertheless, as an added precaution, we have implemented a number of additional safety measures.

Wheelchair hire at ExCeL London
ExCeL London is able to provide wheelchairs to those in need, free of charge. Wheelchairs can be hired from both ends of the venue, if you need assistance you can speak to one of the security or concierge staff. Wheelchairs can be booked once you've arrived at ExCel, a form of ID (such as a driving licence, a passport, etc.) is required upon hire as a security measure.
Mobility scooter hire at ExCeL London
Mobility scooters are free of charge to hire at ExCeL. They are subject to availability so please email firstname.lastname@example.org and they can confirm if there is one available for you. All you need is a form of ID which will be held as surety for the daily period of the loan.
